Years ago, Jon Stetson told me about your Dark Museum pieces and I just had to obtain a set for myself. Who knew that it would become an obsession?
Now, the proud owner of monkey paws, fingers, ears, toes, eyeballs, mini elephants, shrunken heads, cards, books, and other wonderful creations of yours, I can say I am a fan.  Your work has inspired me and has led my work down some dark and some amusing roads. I received a standing O for a variation of your trap routine, and stunned silence with the Dark Museum pieces. One of my pieces even became part of MIDNIGHT AT THE DARK MUSEUM, Jim’s book dedicated to your work.  The only thing I can say against your work is, my 3 year old granddaughter keeps trying to take my Pirate’s Necklace. (I guess she is a fan too.)  I want to thank you Doug for all that you have given us, and look forward to what is to come. You are my favorite artist! Jeeez...what can I say. Thank you.
I just make stuff. When Jim Magnus wrote Midnight In The Dark Museum...I was perplexed as to WHY? haha. Still am. Thank you for being a friend Tony and a good customer!!!
