"Banding Around" and "More Banding Around" by Russell Leeds are both good, fun and practical with lots of ideas including a neat "bands across". Many, many ideas.
Link! By Nabil Murday has the best teaching of CMH I've seen, and includes relinks and discussion on routines (iirc). The "Link" effect itself is kinda fun but not for me - the value is in the multiple moves and excellent teaching. Souvenir Linking rubber bands by Paul Harris is great as an alternative way to do the permanent link. Not much to it, but again, really great teaching. Hanson Chien's stuff is pretty great, like you say. |
