Hey Guys,
I have been practicing a trick with lollipops by Dan Harlan. I think it is called Guess the Sucker. I was wondering if anybody would have some ideas on other good tricks using lollipops. So that I can routine a couple together. Thanks, Andy |

Hi Andy,
I have one of these http://www.fantasyfestival.com/index.php......pet.html (I think you can find them for cheaper) and an idea I had (but never got around to doing) for it was to change the cards into lollipops. It's more mindtasting than mind-reading but I thought it might be fun. You could even use the lollipop vanish from the Harlan routine then have them all apparently appear in the bears bag then go pretty smoothly into the taste test. George |

I've been using this. It's a nice twist on an old effect with really nicely made props!

Duane Laflin use to have a Lollipop routine. I bought the needed items from him a couple years ago and am just now putting it together.
However, I do not see it on his web site.
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

In my second b day act I have been performing Sammy Smith's Pop Pop Poof routine for years. If I ever produce my 2nd b day dvd , this routine will be on it.

A retiring Magician gave me few boxes of magic but he had no idea of the trick names or even the effects. I think he bought them but never really did them.
One is a 3 primary color wooden lollipop trick. It seems to have white and primary silks w/dye tubes and a wooden box with it but I'm just assuming they are part of the same trick Does this ring any bells? If it is one of the above links, they no longer work for me. A Name, maker or description would be welcome. Thank you. "Magical Mary" Mowder |

Loli Hero, I forgot the guys name, and he has some other lolli magic as well if I remember right. Lolli hero might be more of a close up or small parlor trick, can't remember.

That was not the one but thank you Dan.
Thank you Dave for posting the photos of the trick. And for the good advice on posting: "I changed the name of your photos and posted them in the lollipop forum. The Café sometimes doesn’t like punctuation so instead of sm.lollipop.jpg I changed it to lolli box and lolli silk and dye tubes. For this one I change the & sign to and." Good advice for all having problems posting photos. "Magical Mary" Mowder |

That's a plunger style dye tube. Funtime is a wholesaler from India , their main distributor in U.S.A. is D.Robbins/EZ Magic. They can give you list of magic shops that sell the Funtime Magic product line. One shop that I've had good luck with ordering items (specifically Funtime Magic items) is Madhatter Magic. |

The silk routine is called Harrison's Silk Blow. Also look at the Lots of Lawton book for good routine by Don Lawton.
