Just saw this on the sales site. Really? REALLY? A custom made DVD with YOUR name and contact information but footage is NOT your hands? You are NOT doing the magic? Wow.

People happen to recognize my hands. I would want them to know I CAN do the magic! Especially if the person hiring me wants to see THAT trick! IF I were the potential employer and found out this DVD was fake, I would have nothing to do with the magician. EVER.

Borders on the unethical if you ask me.

Who's the performer? The Masked Magician?

This would be saying "I don't have the creativity or gumption to make my own demo DVD, but you can trust me to be very creative and spectacular if you hire me..." Weird...

Isn't this a DVD for BOR sales after the show. If it's the same one I'm thinking of it is supposed to be a DVD that teaches the purchaser a few simple party tricks that the can show their friends. It's not a demo reel. It's no different than selling a preprinted book of tricks with your name on it at ones show.

Yes, Payne, I re-read the description---and you're right. I'm not a professional magician and find it odd to market one's self this way.
