After a successful launch of the Artist's Edition Actuators, Lance T. Miller was asked to create a black and white version. After asking feedback, the idea was to choose one and make that a “black and white” version of the deck. However, the response was unanimous: Print Both!



So, Lance put them up on Kickstarter and funded the development for both full sets to run at 2500 decks a piece. They are finished being printed and are now available to order at LanceMillerDecks.com. Below are just some of the reasons to pick up this truly unique deck.



The Black Edition Actuators, Steampunk themed playing cards, use stark contrast to their advantage. With a deep inset black background and striking metallic inks on the surface, these cards command attention the minute they are displayed. The faces are the same as the Artist's Edition Actuators, but they have been reduced to three colors: Black, Red, and White.



Included with this deck is an effect called “Heartless” by Jacob Hanson. Just like the Artist's Edition effect, we'll give you in depth training and tips on how to use Heartless* to make lasting impressions. The effect uses two cards, but both cards can be used to perform multiple other illusions.



Key Points:

• Limited Edition - I don't just say they are limited edition, I prove it. Each deck is individually hand stamped with it's unique number out of 2500 (i.e. no. 1234) Limited Edition (2500 of each edition) / 100 uncut sheets.
  
• Insane amount of hand drawn artwork. The original Artist's Edition Actuators deck was created beginning in 2010 and spanned development into 2011. That's over a year and a half of constant progression of the concept and 350 Hours of hand drawn Illustration. You will never get tired of looking at all the little details.
  
• There are metallic inks on the gears to really make them pop off of the cards. Set into either the black or white version, the gears pop off the card back and demand attention.
  
• Limited Edition Custom Brick Boxes! The brick boxes are custom inside and out. Uniquely matched to their series and very rare to get a hold of.
  

BONUS* Special Effect along with Purchase:

Lance Miller doesn't believe in wasting space with ad cards in a deck of playing cards “They just get thrown away, so why not do something cool instead?” Each of these decks are created with their own built in gaff effect. The Artist's Edition Actuators came with the “Pandora” effect and these come with two new sets of gaffs that use the additional two cards from the run. The effect for the Black Edition is a transposition effect called “Sliver”, and the effect for the White Edition is a card reveal called “Heartless”. Both are sure to create fun and exciting new ways to use your decks and invite audience participation.
