Yin Howe,

Sleep is for the weak ... I have no idea how much sleep I get a day.
I sleep when I am tired regardless if the time. I like naps...
It's 2:30 am here in Canada and I have just finished a project I had promised to have completed this week.
Now I will begin to compile the files and articles I have collected for the next issue of the Northern Peeks Journal that I edit.
When that's done I'll go check on the T-Shirts I an trying to make to surprise Hannah.
Maybe then I'll take a nap and be ready for when the girls wake up.

As for staying energetic, it's just who I am. Although negative energy can really slow me down.

p.s. By the way I love your quote: "Talent without passion is talent wasted."

Yep, it's 1AM here, and I'm not even tired. In the morning I'll drag myself out of bed and go to work, like an idiot, but I have way too much energy to get to bed early all because I'm not drinking any alcohol (or medication, etc).

Aractus... just a few words of encouragement.

The natural state of man is NOT to be addicted to anything.
We learn to like and then dislike these vises, proving that we can learn.
Stick with your convictions and it will go back to a natural balance.
Will Power will power you.

Actually I'm quite happy to have more energy, it just has its drawbacks at times as well.
