Clip holders like the cops use can work as individual holders -- as can the cases that come with utility multi-tools. A goof attache' case might have a leather insert designed to hold many small items that you could modify. In my Medieval Strolling days I modified lady's leather purses from the thrift store. The bottom section and a rivet set could make a multi-compartment pouch . Ditto a leather pillow,

I use a Lowepro DMC-V belt pouch. It has 4 compartments for memory cards but will fit several dollar sizes coin sets. The belt loop has strong velcro.

The pouch that I use looks hip, it is well made and it protects your coins very well. You can store 6 dollar-sized coins in it or 12 half-sized coins in it. The pouch is made by CaseLogic and is an SD card case. This particular case is zippered, it opens fully like a book, it is made of faux leather and the belt loop is sewn onto the body of the case and will accomodate all belt sizes. It seems that this case is no longer being made, but you can search Ebay, Amazon or your local Staples, Office Max or Office Depot, which may still have some in stock. The CaseLogic product number was DMC-2.
I know Eric Jones was selling these at one point and may still have them in stock: http://www.ericjonesmagic.com (Click on the PRODUCTS tab, then enter the requested information) Also, as mentioned in other threads, the JOL (Jerry O'Connell) Zippered Coin Case seems to work very well and is of similar construction, only his are real leather and I am not sure whether it has a belt loop on it. Those can be found at most dealers that carry JOL products, or here: http://www.wizardcraft.com/OConnellJOL.htm (it is the 7th product up from the bottom of the page). I hope this helps. |

Depending on the size of your coins, and accessories, I was thinking that these might work:
http://www.zippo.com/product.aspx?id=1024762 They've got them in black, or brown, and they either clip to your belt, or have a belt loop, your choice. Two or three of them on your belt, and you've got the Batman utility belt goin' on. Plus, as the ad proudly proclaims, they come in a box. How can anyone resist?

We just got a FingerTip Pulse Meter that comes with a wonderful little belt case about 11/2X1/12 X2" that could be ideal. This one is light blue with no label 00 heavy fabric and lined with satin type stuff. Velcro fastener so could be carried upside down to dump into hand.

I've used a kid's tool belt spray painted black. You can get some pretty nice ones at Lowe's or places like that. If you're doing a kids' show they really get a kick out of it.
