A reminder: the trick with Lubor's Lens and Invisible Zone alone is worth getting it! More info on Stereo's website: http://tenyo-magic.blogspot.be/2010/05/t......one.html

The addition of the lens definitely enhances the illusion, thanks for reminding me of that, I need to try that.

Yes using Lubor's Lens with Invisible Zone is almost like it was designed to be used for it. Takes Invisible Zone to a whole new level. There has to be many other effects this can be used on. Good to get people thinking about where else it can be as effective as with Invisible Zone and can share their ideas here.

There is book of Ideas Richard that has many neat ideas. For anyone doing restaurant magic doing the basic pen routine but giving the pen away as a souvenior is very cool. The pens are easy and cheap to produce. I did this at a trade show booth once using the company pens and it worked great. I am sure you could come up with a cool idea with keys!

I've been resurrected. Interesting to note when I posted this topic in 2012 the DVD with one lens was $15.00 and it still is. But the Lubors lens refill pack of 3 lens was also only $15.00 now it is only one Lens for $8.00. Glad I stocked up with a bunch back then. Getting the DVD and the book is a good way to go you will get 2 lens one with each. Getting the DVD you get a visual of the handling and the book to get 20 contibutors for different effects which is excellent. Good review links thanks David the look of astonishment on that one ladies face is pricless. Smile

I do have plenty of cash it was a statement as to how much more they now want for a piece of cheap plastic yet the DVD with one stayed the same price. Maybe if you cry a little everyone will have another collection and buy some of those for you too. Smile

I agree, the book and the DVD cost the same and you get a lens with each. It's great - spend $30 and get both - lots of ideas and 2 lenses to boot

I bought the book and lens, they are great! Since I've gotten some great ideas from the Café, let me share what I do: I carry the lens (in paper envelope) in my right inside jacket pocket and three or four t*****d pens in my left inside jacket pocket. I like spinning stories so "this is my 'Tesla Lens' given to me by a retired scientist. It was designed to focus the electric charge back and forth between two people, it has to be kept in a non-conductive holder." I have them look at it, holding it by the edges only, then we conduct an 'experiment' (this is where I bring out a pen and put it on their hand). I tell them I have to hold their hand a certain way with both of mine. When I'm in the right "position," I say I feel the tingling and say "you feel it, don't you?" Then do the reveal as they see the light grey plastic pen has melted and twisted in the middle. I LOVE this effect and completely stumped my geologic engineer wife, a retired forensic scientist I know and the chemical engineer next door!
