The demo did nothing for me.
But, you can see the wallet and read more about it on Mr. Nardi's site: http://www.alakazam.co.uk/product-Espion......and.html |

I currently use the Hip Pocket Mullica, but that is relatively limited in terms of effects overall (and none are mentalism that I can think of). The Espionage certainly seems intriguing, the Alakazam guys really know their wallets... |

A quick review......
I managed to get hold of one of these wallets ;-) and I fired it in action for the first time last night and it does everything it says on the tin. I used the brilliant p--k (there are two p--ks and I used the internal p--k) and had a little giggle whilst doing it, it really is devious and probably the best p--k I've seen contained in a wallet! I used the built in index for a Mark Elsdon effect and combined it with the 'Showgun' feature, used the no p-lm feature to end my bill switch routine, and the p-lm load for my signed card to zippered wallet routine. This one wallet passed all the tests with flying colours, and more. The p-lm card to wallet feature is not the same as the JOL version, it's as easy to use as the JOL and doesn't use a slide. I've not as yet seen the DVD so I still don't know what all the functions do. This wallet is perfect for when wearing a jacket, and also perfect for your jeans pocket, the size is the same as most hip wallets. The built in p--ks are brilliant, the internal p--k is just outstanding, it really does bring a smile to your face when you're getting the p--k, you do it openly and I gurantee you will NEVER get caught, brilliant! Everything is self-contained, there's nothing to reset and you're always ready to go, and the quality is also excellent, the leather is quite soft and of a very good quality, the colour of the wallet is black. I'm always on the lookout for effects that fit inside my wallet, I've now found a wallet which is an act in itself, so imagine having all of these functions in one small wallet and then adding effects which fit inside the wallet, even the word 'AWESOME' doesn't do this wallet justice. Just one more thing I would like to add, the wallet will also hold your money and credit cards and can be used as your "normal" wallet, which is how I use it. If you see me out and about just ask me to show it to you, just make sure you have something to wipe up your drooling lol! Thank you Peter Nardi and Alakazam Magic, you really do have a winner here! Please ask me any questions if you would like more info, I've used this in the real world and it ticks all the boxes. Gary Jones.

Cheers Mark. I can't wait to pick up the DVD when it's ready, there's more to this wallet that meets the eye! I've also come up with a double whammy using this wallet. I bring out the wallet, open the zippered compartment and ask the spectator to remove the signed selection, the wallet is seen to be empty, without any moves the zip is once again undone and the second signed selection is now removed!
I also did a double thought of card, no questions asked!! Gary.

Thanks for that review, Gary. One question - with all the internal slots filled with standard credit cards, and bills in the billfold (i.e. wallet in 'normal use' mode) how thick is the wallet when closed?
Thanks, Mark |

I have my credit cards and money in the wallet, the only other stuff I have in the wallet are the picture cards, these are in the index located in the showgun area of the wallet. So what I'm saying is, it's the same size as a normal High Street bought wallet. Due to the nature of the inbuilt index I have 12 playing cards in the wallet, but you wouldn't know that from looking at it, the design is very well thought out. The internal p--k feture is what I like the best, it really is a no brainer, there's no guilt in getting the p--k as it's done so very natrually. The card to wallet part is also very easy, it's impossible to miss, this applies to both the palm and the no palm feature (they load in the same place.) I've also been asked, do you get a full p--k, yes you do, if you were to place a playing card into the zippered compartment, you would see the whole card when you get the p--k. This is useful to know as the spectator doesn't have to draw/write in a certain area of a business card, they can draw/write anywhere on the card and you will see all of what was written or drawn, unlike some p--k wallets. Tony, the quality of the leather is very good, some wallets are quite stiff when you buy them and you have to work them in a little, the leather used on this wallet is quite soft like some of the top designer brands. Tonight was my second night using this wallet, tonight I just used it for a design dupe routine using the internal p--k function, just brilliant, can't say no more! If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. Gary Jones.
