If you're loaded and ready then you have the opportunity to create a miracle moment... but even if you carry a thumb tip with you for 5 years you can guarantee the one time you don't have it is when you'll get asked this question.
Such a request is usually made by someone who just wants to speak with you and appear as an amusing person. A response that side steps actually doing anything while continuing in the same light chatty vein would be; " well I can change a 100 into a 1 if that's any help?"
