If you know your number they can reactivate it...at least they did with me

I reactivated once time in the past with same number, but last year I had to get a new number after a couple year lapse.

As an old marketing professor I hate to see artificial barriers set up to discourage former IBM members to rejoin us. Our future is determined by current members. We need to encourage them to join.
Breaks in years of continuous membership tells us more about the value of IBM's service to the member than the value of the member to IBM. Remember that the member is actually the paying customer! Why penalize him/her for also having been a former customer? |
