Recently, I placed a small order,(under $50) with the Magic Warehouse. Shortly after the paypal transaction was completed, I realised that I had forgotten an item. I then fired off a quick e-mail requesting the additional item & asked for a paypal invoice to be sent to me to cover any added costs incurred. Within a minuscule time frame, Howard replied that my order shipped & he tossed in the extra item. No charge was added. I found the whole experience totally refreshing. It wasn't about dollars. It wasn't about getting something for free. It was a kind gesture. It was fellowship. Like I said, The Magic Warehouse...A Class Act.

Yup, I've bought twice from Howard, and he's a decent guy.

Even when I made a mistake putting the address, he was really kind to help me out and the item arrived just on time.

Sometimes the shipping is higher than I would like, but I have never had an issue with Magic Warehouse failing me. They are now one of my two go-to businesses. The other is Williams Magic in Tucson.

I have bought plenty from Magic Warehouse and the one time I had an issue Howard took care of it immediately with no questions asked..great prices, quick shipping, awesome service, the total package

Just thought I'd add my recent experience to the thread.

Ordered a magic set recently for my daughter's 10th birthday. Received within a week.

Shortly after opening, I noticed it was missing the Siberian Chain Escape. Kit was received in new shape and shrink-wrapped. Probably just the odd oversight at the factory.

Anyway, called up the Magic Warehouse, explained the situation (on a Saturday), and they mailed out a chain escape the same day. Had it 2 days later.

No hassle. Excellent customer service. Recommended.
