Hi Mark... I unfortunatley do not have the pics. I assume you have played around making sure it is level? Mine has been on the same shelf operating for the past 6 years. A few times I have noticed the pendulam has stopped swinging. I have readjusted the postion of it on the shelf or used some cardboard to shim underneath it and have always been able to get it swinging again. I think they are very senistive to the angle they are sitting at and does not take much to throw it off.
