I spoke to Betty Davenport this week and she mentioned the books should be available from early December.
This with the Darwin Ortiz book is making the Xmas Holiday look good. Just need a nice blizzard a couple of packs of cards and a roaring fire !!!! Cheers |

These books are indeed, beautiful although I'm not really sure what editing took place because the third full sentence if volume 1 has Cy Endfield's last name misspelled! A few other typos occur early on, but regardless they are beautifully done and look gorgeous. I'm pleased to finally own them.

Just received my copies today. To the folks at Davenports.....thank you for the beautiful editions of this master work. Beautiful binding and paper stock!! I also really like the new sketch in Volume 1 and the photo in Volume 2. This AMAZING material deserves to be preserved in such beautiful editions. Thanks again!!!

Glad you like it Glen. We took great care in shipping these in such a way that hopefully they would not damage in transit. Although I can't claim credit for that part, it it was Bill that packed the vast majority of them, I just put the labels on and carted them over to the post office!
