<sniff, sniff> I am still overwhelmed at the fact that I consider myself so lucky to have found this site. After looking thru this thread, I NOW realize that I am home and no longer feel so much like a "geek" Smile

I missed the first episode of Enterprise. John would you mind if I looked at your copy after TC is done with it? Please e-mail me. I have enjoyed what I have seen so far. As an actor though Scott Bakula is always playing Scott Bakula. Not that that is a bad thing.

Regarding meeting Star Trek celebrities I had the opportunity to see Gene Roddenberry lecture back in the seventies. I was able to meet him and have him autograph my copy of The Making of Star Trek. He stood over 6 feet tall and was very easy to talk to. I had not thought of that experience in years. Thanks for reminding me.

Anyone else have a son named Yoda? The wife drew the line at having his ears surgically altered.

My son's middle name is Conan.

Another 9 yr old reply...

And you married her WHY?

Nerds are a terrific catch and most smart women know that. We're loyal, appreciative and generally hit a higher income bracket over our lives.

I got my wife into sci-fi and she got me into Disney!

I'm not certain WHO got WHO into the whole "anime" thing.

I got my girlfriend into splatter movies and Pantera. She got me into Toby Keith.
