RNK:
Few "little" differences: 1) Your spectator still have the Miniboard in his hands when you reveal the result. 2) The maximum range is 23 meters with an Iphone version. 3) Drawings are able to pass through walls! 4) You can restart immediately without touching it. 5) It is PERFECTLY CLEAN. Here are other reviews online: http://magikdata.com/en/clients.php and hete: http://magikdata.com/en/miniboard.php Fabrice

Though, three big differences- the pad will never have a chance to fail you, the pad looks totally normal and you don't have to be super careful while carrying around a notepad. Also, once you get the pad back and get your peek- you can also leave it on the table before walking away and coming back for the reveal. But I see your points Fabrice and wish you lots of success with this! RNK

I highly recommend to think about the possibilities about this.
How about placing a picture in the frame. Perhaps black&white Marilyn. Then ask spectator to look at the picture and ask him to write one word which comes to mind. The picture frame can be like souvenir or a gift from friend... you just need to justify that you're using the picture frame. Use fine pictures that deserves frames. You can also use the glass on picture if it helps to sell the idea of real picture frame. In my opinion the whiteboard with marker needs more justification. Perhaps you can treat it as a toy or build a routine which really needs the whiteboard. I wish I have one. |

Please read the reviews (links already given in my previous post) to know the ways the reviewers used to introduce the Miniboard to their audience. I think it is only a question of ideas and imagination. No more. In short, it is the job of a magician or a mentalist to know how to proceed Fabrice

Amazing effects can be achieved with this utility, however so far I cannot find logical reason approaching someone with pocket board that has such a big frame just to ask to draw or write something, to me it does not make sense. Great utility, but I would still go for a notepad, which is my personal preference and opinion.

I purchased the Mini Board 2 ... however, it is NOT compatible with the new iphone app on the Apple store. Only the Android version works.
He still calls it the Mini Board 2 but said the entire board is new compared to the one he sold me. He didn't offer me any upgrade. I would HIGHLY NOT recommend buying any of his products and will not do so in the future. |
