Did anyone see his interview last night? It's hard not to like him after that appearance. He was down to earth and honest. In fact, everything he said about himself and his 44 days in the box came off as truly very humble and not the least bit mysterious- a trait he all too often tries to pound us over the head with. He said he learned invaluable life lessons during his stunt. Then he said he forgot them all when he got back into his regular schedule. If that's not real, I don't know what is.

I appreciated the interview very much. I'm a Blaine fan, but I was far from sold on this latest stunt. But his interview did help me solidify my beliefs that he's going down in history whether the Anti-Blaineists want him to, or not.

I've only read the transcripts but he did seem more down to earth this time around...
Good for him... And more Magic in the public's psyche never hurt...

The most interesting thing about the interview for me was when he started talking about the stage show he's working on. I don't follow Blaine enough to know whether this is old news or not, but it was news to me. I'm interested in seeing how he fares in a non-closeup environment.
