Martinka's auction site has a very nice set of Paul Fox style cups in brass. Price right now is only forty dollars. Also includes four balls.

On an auction site, referring to the current bid level as the price is completely erroneous. Price and bid are two different things.

Hi!
I usually do card magic but after watching Michael Ammars The Complete Cups And Balls vol.1 I was intrigued by The Very Simple Routine.

I tried it on my girlfriend and about ten friends and I was amazed how great the reactions were. Most people close to me get to "enjoy" several card tricks a week and they thought it was very refreshing and new to se something else.

So I've decided to give it a proper go. Currently I am using a couple of Ikea cups and some old receipts. I'd like to purchase a good set of cups and balls with four balls.

My interest for magic is profound so I could handle buying a somewhat expensive set and have it as decoration if I really don't like doing magic with Cups and Balls.

- What should I get?
- And from where?
- Any extra objects I need?

This is one of the most often asked questions in this section. It has been done to DEATH!!!!

1) NOBODY can tell you what you should get.
2) NOBODY can tell you where to get what you want.
3) NOBODY can tell you what extra objects you need.

Go up to the upper right hand side of the screen, click on the search button and do a search for cup recommendation or some other similar term.

If you want some inspiration, go to the cups and balls museum and see what is out there. Before you complain that much of this material is no longer made, bear in mind that 99% of the material in the museum was acquired within the past 10 years.

I would love to check out the Cups and Balls Museum on-line but it seems to be password protected and the website home page states no new usernames/passwords are being provided. Has this changed? This is also something I'm interested in learning more about and have read good things about this museum site...

Thanks,
AK

Pay close attention.

Read the fine print below my signature. Look at the last line. I don't mean to sound insulting, but have you made the connection?

Why don't you try to send an e-mail to the curator of the cups and balls museum?

If you haven't even tried, and I know for a fact that you haven't, then how badly do you want to get into the museum?

Just sayin'.

He's a very kind, knowledgable fellow. Also, he does a KILLER torn and restored newspaper routine.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious... I've sent an e-mail and hopefully this time it goes where I think it is. I actually have tried in the past but obviously it didn't get to where I thought it was going...
