I recently purchased Richard Sanders "Extreme Burn 2.0" and have had lots of enjoyment performing the routine.

I wish to expand on some of the possibility,s and need some help / assistance / advice or how best to acquire additional shims.

Richard sells an "upgrade" kit on his website for those going from Extreme Burn [1] to 2.0. It includes three gimmicks, but not the "installation" instructions. Hope that helps.

Al, I don't have Extreme Burn 1, but my understanding is that there are some subtle improvements, and the DVD includes some hand-out techniques. It simply represents the evolution of the effect/gimmick, but nothing "extreme." It may be worth emailing Richard if you have questions about it.

I agree 100%. I never saw a reason to get the second version.

The "kit" is only for those upgrading from 1 to 2.0. So if you have 2.0, it's unimportant.

The cheesy plastic wallet went into my trash can, and I replaced it with a nice leather one. It seemed ridiculous to carry a 100 dollar bill trick in a junky wallet.

I have extreme burn 1 but I lost the gimmick to this effect,
how can I get a replacement gimmick?

Has anyone tried this effect with a UK POund to EUROs change? Seemed to me that 5 pounds and 10 euros bills have almost the same size. Could trim a bit the tenner to make it work??
I am thinking to build a gimmick with the lottery tickets as Richard suggests, and as performed by Dynamo.
I think that the magasine cuttings is weird. And I don't want to walk around with magasine cuttings in my pocket?!

Kind of agree about the magazine clippings, however, the change really does look stunning on the demo.
Don't think it would be difficult to justify carrying them around.

I don't agree with the comment on magazine clippings but certainly agree that it is not difficult to justify carrying them around. I'm UK based and often travel to London where I take a tube journey. Travelling on the tube there are free newspapers/magazines everywhere. I use this fact to change clippings into money as an opener. It gets great reactions.
