@CurtGunz, The pvc stand is just 1 inch PVC. Depending on the party, I may or may not leave the stand with them. This party didn't want it, so I took Spidey off and the birthday boy has a new room decoration for the next couple days.
@Christopher, It is indeed the distortion head from BalloonClick.com. As far as the sharpie work goes, Ken Stillman uses printed eyes (template available for use with printer sticker sheets at balloonclick.com) and automotive striping tape. Since I hand pinstripe using Mack sword brushes as part of my hobby of building and painting motorcycles, the marker work is fairly easy for me, though this one was a bit sloppier than I liked. I attached an image so you can see what I'm talking about with pinstriping.

This is Cody Williams' Incredible Hulk.

I didn't have a pre-printed Hulk 5" head so I just drew the face with Sharpie on a green 5".

With great power comes great responsibility
that's the catch phrase of old Uncle Ben!
If you missed it don't worry, they'll say the line
again, and again, and again!

I'm surprised and disappointed that NObody made a balloon figure of my favorite superhero, the Elongated Man. He has the superpower of Elasticity. As a balloon figure, he could be shown stretching his neck. I'm not a balloon artist, otherwise I would have made one. If someone has made one, it would be great to see.
