Does anyone know the David Regal effect that is similar to Andy Nyman's Insane and where this effect is?

The name of Regal's trick is eluding me at the moment but it's in his book Approaching Magic.

Approaching Magic is one of my favorite books, but I'm not sure what effect you're referring to, M Sini. I'm also not familiar with Insane, but I watched a quick youtube ad for it. The closest thing I can think of is "Simpatico." The effect is slightly different, but I suppose you could achieve the same thing with the employed methodology. Hope this helps.
