I use it all the time. The visuals are just great.

When did this first come out? I recall a similar concept years back, could be the same one.

Any who, I don't know why I don't use this still. It's a fantastic paradox effect, and beautifully accomplished.

David Regal marketed something very similar called "Special Delivery" years ago (before he knew about Roger's trick).

The "move" is a perfect illusion. Don't know why I don't use it, either.
