Well this may lead to some interesting conversation,
&/or it will keep some of you busy studying.
Here is the link to the Google Patent search page.
Enter 'Tenyo' or one of their tricks.
Have fun.

I think ed makes a fun suggestion.

I enjoy doing research on the internet.

A couple of weeks ago I gathered all the links for the Tenyo Patents.

If anyone wants to forgo the legwork I can email you the links.

Ed,

I only came up with 25 patent numbers.

Only 13 were for specific Tenyo tricks.

The rest were for the banks, clock, puzzle, electronic game, pre-patents, etc.

There are probably more, but I don't think there are 200+.

I used a different search patentgenius.com

Using a new approach like google might yield more.

Been there done that too long ago, very circular doesn't lead to much unless you like banks and puzzles. Unless they have a US patent you can't find much even with the number then good luck understanding what your looking at. Smile

I have gone directly to http://www.uspto.gov/ for years looking up things if you want a headache that is the thing to do to get one.

No need to suggest, I know it.

I have both Tenyoitis and TOCD.

Seriously, I am so darn addicted to Tenyo. In the last year I have abandoned my previous number one hobby of Slot Cars.

About 18 months ago I started building a new track in my basement. I stopped halfway through because I started a new job and then Tenyo came back on the radar 1 year ago. It remains half built.

If you think the Add-Ons I create are cool, you should see my Slot Cars.

As a matter of fact doing the patent search for the origin of this effect: http://www.google.com/patents/US5551921.pdf is what started me looking a Tenyo. I had never even seen Tenyo until then. So after finding out that Tenyo made that effect I went looking to see if it was still made but patent didn't say it was called Zone Infinity or Master Key it just reference it was Tenyo Co. Japan. Had to find a picture of it on google images. Google told me to come here, so you can curse google for me being here now. So see google really is evil. Smile

If you remember what my first question was about on my first post you can follow the bread crumbs that lead me here. Smile
