I was preparing for T&S and reading the instructor's bio and products. I saw that Robbie use to twist balloon sculptures and place them in a florist cooler. He related the sculptures would keep for up to 5 days in the cooler. Has anyone tried to work with a florist to sell sculptures in their store?

Thanks

I spoke to a hospital gift shop. They said they are not allowed to sell latex. You can bring latex into the hospital, but they can't sell it. That was this particular hospital. Another hospital might be open to it.

That was my one and only attempt.

Strange rules of life.
Did you ever talk to a florist outside of a hospital?

No. I would assume a florist outside of the hospital wouldn't care about latex, but I never tried.

I have talked to a couple of local flower shops and have on several occasions dropped off holiday themed items as samples etc. They either do not like my product/pitch or just not interested(the space used to store the balloons etc), I have never had anyone call or contact me from either place.

Side note I do believe the flower cooler's were things Robbie purchased and used for impulse buys/ holiday sculptures etc. In his store front. I am unsure if he did market and/or put his product in flower shops.
may you be filled with loving kindness

Your right it was for his store and I plan to ask him at T&S if he knows of anyone crossed that bridge with a florist.
