Hi Doug,
I was curious if you would share what you would consider 'essential' tools,etc. if one were intending to make their own stage props. If I make this move it will be a few items at a time. I will not be able to fill that baby up overnight. Eager to hear your comments, Thanks, B. |

I work with such a large variety of materials, wood, plastic, steel, aluminum, laminates, etc… that I need many tools.
Some of the most essential tools for me would have to be, a good variety of hand tools, a good table saw, drill press, router, welder (if doing a lot of metal fabrication) a palm sander, jigsaw and or band saw, chop saw(miter saw), Rotozip, and a Dremel tool. There are probably some things I'm leaving out and I know it sounds like a lot, but half the battle in building is having the right equipment and knowledge to get the job done. OH! and a good radio to listen to TUNES... |
