I love the CMH effect itself, but I want to be able to actually link the two bands with similar effectiveness.

First, has this been done before? I'm assuming it's not because everyone and their neighbor's Greyhound performs this effect, and no one ever mentions the reversal.

Can someone provide sources or am I going to have to invent this myself?

Yes Jim, there is a way to put them together too. It's called Mark Fitzgerald's Back Two-Gether and its explained on Dan Harlan's Rubberband Video
Vol # 1.

I'm just curious if that is the same way as Jon Allen's on, Spectator's Don't Exist? Are they the same method or no?

Slydini's 'Linking Rubber Band Mystery' routine booklet, has a good method of doing this. It also has some really nice other bits and pieces.

Excellent! Thanks for all the replies! Are all of these as visual as the unlinking phase?

When Mark does it it is as visual. It is a move that will take a lot of practice to get the link as smooth as the unlink.

Yes, Eric,

The video series is Dan Harlan's "Magic With Rubberbands", Vol's 1-3

Everything you'll ever want to know (and some you don't) about rubberband magic.

Oli, I don't remember the booklet by Slydini, it that still available?

Magically,

Doug
