We are in the process os working something out to have a Clinton and Adelia Detweiler coin minted for those coming to the ConVENTion this year and may have some extras. Terry Fator and I are working on the project jointly and things are underway. I will keep you all posted as to the progress.

An afterthought...we HOPE to have the coin ready..we're still in the development stage right now with artwork, etc. Don't want to dash your hopes but it looks like it will happen.

I was just about to write the same thing, although I'm not overseas, I will not be able to attend the convention, but would hope there will be an opportunity for those of us who can't attend to obtain one of the Detweiler coins.

I'll see if we can mint some extras for sales...maybe run it through the museum (just a thought..nothing definite here yet). Also, this coin will be a separate coin if it comes through, not really part of the Maher sets. We are looking into using the same company that Clinton used. I'll keep you all posted..and do my best for you all!

I don't think most will care if it matches up exactly with the sets Clinton had made, at least I know I wouldn't, I will just be glad if I am able to get one when they are done.

Me too on matching up...but I just didn't want anyone to think this is a continuation of what Clinton was doing. I'll see what can be done for extra coins. I have a feeling there will be more coins minted than needed for the ConVENTion. You make a better buy by ordering in quantity.

Yes, I had some coins minted, the more you buy, the lower the cost, usually decreasing as quantity increases in increments of 100.

I don't mind either if the coins don't match up. The fact is Clinton was as much an icon as the people he had on his coins and to add a coin with him on it to my displayed collection would be great (I was always harassing him to mint a coin of his own lol).
