It's almost as if this will take some common sense to perform with;-)

Paid performers have physically hurt audience members with the arm chopper, smash and stab, etc. And emotionally with a 23 phase ACR!

No matter what climate your in, practice/test, practice/test.......

To those who never tried the original electric touch: "shocking" people may sound silly to you, perhaps because you see shocking as a silly annoying prank. But when I was utilizing the original electric touch (it's been a few years now), even the most skeptical audience members began to "believe". I would be out with a friend of mine, and he developed this opening story about me that he would tell, explaining that I had survived being struck by lightening when I was a child. Since then, I had developed strange powers using electricity. If a skeptic doesn't believe the story, feel free to touch my forehead or arm for proof! Everybody will hear and see the shock.

I would have a woman take a bar napkin and have her attempt to stick it to a wall. The napkin would fall to the ground. I had her pick it back up and attempt to stick it onto the wall again, this time while holding my hand. The napkins sticks to the wall. The audience was blown away.

Your "given" powers of harnessing electricity could provide a logical explanation to your audience for your PK effects that you may already do. To me, the electric touch is a utility device used as a convincer to have your audience believe that maybe you do have some strange supernatural powers or abilities, and maybe they should, even for a brief moment, believe that what they just saw you perform could be real magic.

And THAT is why I am hoping this new unit is easier to setup, to be able to do that.

With thd original ET once you've customised your shoe that set up is Very easy !
The only improvement "if possible" would be not having to alter your foot wear !

Customising your footwear for ET for a lot of people will be the deciding factor there is some work involved which personally I think the buyer should be aware of !
Again if this has been changed for the new version it would most defiantly be a good selling point ....maybe that's whythey haven't answered the question!

I have no idea as to the working of the new ET+. But if one understands how this (NOT ET+'s) technology works, there will be no need of extensively customizing ones shoe. It will be as simple as hammering a small thin nail into the sole of the shoe. Sorry I can not elaborate more due to the Café's laid down rule on exposure.

Ustaad is totally right.

I had customized my ET exactly like that and
it worked a lot better then the altering of the shoes.

after the nail was in my sole, I also placed a piece of sticky aluminium foil over the nail's head to keep it in place and to have a larger connection area.

worked very well.

I have a horrible feeling that the + version will be exactly the same as the previous model. The only difference will be the sensitivity of the shock - which to be honest this feature was part of the last model. The preperation with the shoe is still going to be the same I feel Smile

No need of adding Aluminum foil. I kept my previous post a bit cryptic. All you need is a good quality Brass Thumb-Tack like the one shown in the photo.

P.S. If this post of mine gets deleted due to the might and power of the few, I will no longer be posting my thoughts on the Café. I will simply sit back, relax and enjoy the Café's Smile hospitality and at times give that little wicked smile.

I sure wish Yigal would tell us more about this new offering, he had time to send me some spam announcing the product after I asked what the improvements are.

Creators talking to potential buyers about their effects instead of waiting for the effect to come out & buyers having to find out for themselves things that should have been addresses by the creator is not a good way to do business.

There is a P.E.T.S set up that a Café member came up with when it first came out that used a thumb tack and made the portability much Easyer but it ment having to cut into the actual ET gimmick ,it was not possible to just use a tack or nail without doing this !
Lets hope it's been redesigned in a way taking this set up into consideration .

Yigal Mesika sends SPAM. I am certain I am not on his email list. Mesika spammed me on his last release also. I took the time to unsubscribe then, so this is a bit over the top IMO.

I am very irritated that Yigal Mesika sends SPAM emails. I thought that was illegal.

I think a link I posted earlier may have gotten removed erroneously: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvspL4kMY54

That's a common science project not a magic trick, and certainly not an exposure of Electric Touch because of course Electric Touch didn't work like that.

I am speculating though from reading the ad for Electric Touch + that the main "improvement" is that he is hooking up like that now. To the leg.

This is pure speculation based on the fact that the ad says you can do it without a shirt. Of course that's unlikely, he probably mentioned it only to emphasize that the setup is new.

New to him anyway.

When I was first shown Electric Touch I thought the set-up was ridiculous and shocking people was dumb. After I saw that news report of the man tricking people into thinking he could cure anyone and he was said to be "sending a shock through peoples bodies with a touch of his hand" I was blown away. That was able to make people "believe." He was wrong and I believe went to jail, but it's good proof that this tool can have a great impact. I'm definitely looking out for this and I'm most definitely going to keep an open mind. Just thought I'd share that.

Bernardo Rodriguez thanks for posting that.

I'm also keeping an open mind. I think used as a tool, this has many possibilities ( book test????? ).

Does anyone that has the first version of Electric Touch know if you could ignite flash paper? I've done this great Nate Kranzo routine called Wish Paper. You light the flash paper and the coin appears. I thought how cool if you didn't have to use a lighter or match, but the flame just appeared and then the coin.

Those that have basic science knowledge, please don't beat me up if the answer is an obvious no;-)
