A bit convoluted and movey. Find what works best for you and streamline it down so it's magical. Fast movements tell you are doing a move. They probably don't know what was done but that something was done. either way it's not magical for them.

All those sudden moves with the hands, it can mean nothing else that "hey, I'm trying to do something fast enough so that you don't know what." Also, rythm is badly broken when you have the spectator go through the deck. And because the music on top of the video covers your voice, we have no idea of what you are saying (and since your routine isn't clear, it doesn't help us understand why you do it like you did).
I think the plot of the ACr is "a card is clearly put in the middle of the deck, several times, and magically reappears at the top of it each time." You did not convince me that the first part of this sentence held. This routine is not a way to use all your moves, but rather one to do magic. Find the combination of moves you think can make the more credible magic, and try to make it even better (I've been through three ACR routines this month, trying to make it clearer and fairer each time).
