Does anybody have a set in English that they could copy and pm me? I bought the Ninja Rings but the Instructions are all in Japanese somebody help!

Onother way to learn it is to purcahse Shoot Ogawa's dvd about the Ninja Rings from Bob Kolher, or from Shoot's homesite.

You really have to get the DVD. You couldn't learn it from plain instructions anyway.

You don't "have to" do Shoot's routine. You could take your own knowledge and study and devise your own routine, something that is not only fitting of you, but within your skill level.
To do what Shoot does might take a year to learn.
