Hi everyone,
This is my first post here so I will introduce myself first. My name is Eric and though I have been practicing card magic for almost 5 years, I still consider myself as a beginner. Card magic is a hobby for me but sometimes I lack time to practice and to develop my skills. Some moves are just too hard for my skill level but I keep trying. One of those moves is the "clip-shift", by Chad Nelson. I have read on this forum that Chad Nelson is not the creator of this move. The move was invented first by Tom Wolf and was published in The New Tops Magic Magazine in 1975. Mr. Wolf himself said on this forum that his move was much easier to perform than Chad Nelson's one and it almost looks like magic. Interesting! So I sent an email to Mr. Wolf, asking him where I could find a copy of The New Tops Magic Magazine issue. He suggested me to ask on the forum, as somebody could be kind enough to scan a copy for me (the move can be found on page 37). Thank you in advance for your help! - Eric - |

You could try buying the issue from one of the used book dealers.
Try H&R magic books.
