There's no need when you can make it yourself following Spellbinder's directions in his Mini-Mysteries Book 1. The best version is also Spellbinder's which requires no gimmicks and can be performed impromptu with a borrowed deck of cards and a pad to write on.

Spellbinder sums it up thus: "A prediction is made, a card is chosen, and the card matches the prediction." But then he adds, "How each version of (Slate of Mind) gets the job done is the fun."
