I finally bought a lathe and would like to start making some of my own brass/aluminum close-up tricks.
Does anyone know a good book or DVD on the subject?

Thanx

I have a few books, but you might have to be more specific as to what you are planning on making:
cups for cups and balls, or ???

By the way, what lathe did you get? I have a small import metal working lathe--it is good for small stuff, but not metal/wood turning.

I think you are asking about beginner info.however when you get to a certain level.James Riser sells tutorials on how to make some of his designs.I believe they are $5 each. If you email him he might be willing to point you in the right direction on beginner books or videos.
