Just got one of these (from my bro in Japan), with no english instructions.
My question: why is an extra 'base' included, for the statue of liberty? What is it's purpose? If a secret is involved, please PM me. Second request - if anyone is feeling generous, I would greatly appreciate a copy of the instructions in english.

The extra base is so that you can use an item other than the Statue of Liberty if you wish.
