Hello!!! Glad to be here....My interest in magic goes back DECADES (early 1960's). I am a member of the IBM #51788R. I am a Professional Counselor and have used magic for many years in my work. I currently work with combat veterans with PTSD....I find Mentalism a very powerful tool to help those with "non visible wounds of war". I have been buying Patrick Redford's work and find this young man in a class all by himself....Looking forward to upping my game

Welcome to the Café'. I really think that you'll find a lot of very valuable information here. I know that I've learned a lot in my relatively short amount of time. I'm also a counselor but work with younger clients...I'm in a school and I use magic to break the ice.

Have fun,

Just adding my 3 cents worth because anybody can add their 2 cents worth...

Welcome dgcoates,

You say, "I find Mentalism a very powerful tool to help those with "non visible wounds of war".

I'd be interested in how.

Welcome to the Café Dennis. I am also a professional counsellor (Registered Addictions Specialist). I use magic and some light mentalism in my workshops. I would also like to hear more about your work with mentalism and PTSD.
