Yes, no disrespect to the current SA squad, (now including those who used to be excluded), but would have loved to see the Windies win that match. Man, did they go for it.
But... England are in the finals. Yay! And... We'll probably be facing India. Oops. Let's hope the conditions at the final feature a leaden grey sky, without any actual rain. Preferably a bit chilly too. England just can't accelerate in the same way as India, batting-wise. Or will it be Sri Lanka, and the slinger in action? |

South Africa really played poorly yesterday... it boggles the mind. Congrats to England going through to the finals, you will have your work cut out for you against either of those two teams!

Ach! Now we have a battle on our hands....
Thanks, Mr May, for the thoughts. Either would have been a challenge, but India's batting... Ay caramba! |

In the words of the SA coach, ""We need to be honest with ourselves. I think we did choke again today." A pity that our ODI team has that tag hanging over them, when our Test team is ranked number 1 in the world.
England vs India, I'm not a gambling man but if I were, I would probably not want to bet against India |

Get the hacksaw out.
Look like the cup will have to be split in half |

What do you know...... rain stopped for time being and match underway.
Hopefully the rain stays away for the rest of the day. |

It's basically a 20/20 match now.
This is India playing the long game,by over-polluting the atmosphere and ballsing up English summers.
What do we want?
A cure for tourettes! When do we want it? C*nt! |

England botched it.

It turned out to be an exciting game (the little bit that they ended up playing!) and England could have won easily if they didn't self-destruct in such spectacular fashion. Congrats to India
