Thoughts?
I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death my right to say "scr*w you" if you persist. [Voltaire Smile]

Do you prefer this handling or Shufton's handling?

Looks very good !
it remind me of a version shown by Joshua Jay in Talk About Tricks DVD series (I think Llasser Open Prediction), very similar in layout.
This one looks cleaner unless camera editing.

ha ha I read my post again and see it is also Llasser !! So I guess this is the same trick.
To my eyes this is the best handling (very clean) for the open prediction since the face down card never leave sight (in appearance ;-)
But not easy to do...

Personally, I find it rather easy. After a minute or two of trying, I can perform it effectively. It's not nearly as perfect as the demo, but it still looks great.

There's my performance shot on iPhone. (Please excuse the vertical video syndrome. I was just wanting to show how the effect CAN be performed with little practice)

Does this require sleight of hand?

If it works the way I think it does (the way I used above) then yes it used sleight of hand. But it is very basic.

Wow I am impressed ! Very good performance, I watched it x times and cannot see the move. You have a killer impromptu trick there ;-)
Is it the same method though on Joshua dvd ?

It is a great impromptu trick! I really like it! And I'm not sure if its the same as on the Joshua DVD but according to others on here, it is the same trick because its the same guy.

Thanks RNK. The move is almost 100% invisible though. I think you'd have to agree Smile
