How about if we share some uses for pieces left when a balloon breaks (not that I ever break one)? I use pieces for a C&R balloon, horse bridles, and bubbles which have a variety of use (dog egg, miser's balloon, T&R pop tail). Let's think!

I use broken pieces to tie off raisins and also make recycled balloon bracelets.

All of the above...I also use them as rubber bands to band my balloons together.

Noses and ears and, as mentioned above, to tie off raisins. Now that I'm thinking about it, I dig around in the scrap bag more than I imaged.
