At least once a day, while in the magic Café forums, I get a popup in the bottom right corner from penguin magic. It is the customer service chat box that pops up on their site, but it's popping up on here. It won't let me close it, it just minimizes to the bottom corner and stays, until I close my browser completely. I haven't been on their site in a while, and yes, I have cleared my browsing history and cache, to no avail.

This has been discussed multiple times and Steve even sent out a message to the membership when he set this up. The pop up will appear in the latest and greatest forum to allow members to chat with Penguin about tricks being disussed. You can't remove it but you can reduce it's size. Put your cursor over the popup and a small white star will appear above it. Click on that star and the pop up will be reduced to just a small bar. If you want to take advantage of the chast, just click the arrow in the new pop up bar.

We know the bar blocks the last few words of the bottom text but a simple one click scroll will raise the post so it's readable.
