Iceolation by Kieron - Signed card to frozen block of ice out of your pocket. In 15 years of restaurant and corporate magic I've found that only signed card through window comes close in generating such an over-the-top "OMG!" moment for the spectators. In my experience it is one of the strongest closing effects ever for close-up and stand up. Below is the magic Café thread on iceolation:

Re-maxed Iceolation as well. Your close-up magic can't get much stronger than that.

So far Infreno is ahead slightly, The Code close on the Inferno's trail, and David Regal's fantastic Clarity Box is clearly in the top 3.

That's a secret what I thinks is the greatest trick 2013. I keep that for myself.

1. RadioActive by titanas : always be my best closer
2. Heinstein Dream : my favorite opener every card trick right now... visual and direct
3. My spider pet by boris : always get big reaction with this...

For me, Josh Jays Inferno was the best close up release of 2013.Simple, powerful and so direct and engaging. This could play for 3 or 300 people!
A beautiful engaging presentation that I can see many strolling workers adopting. Great work Josh!

I've used Rogue's Haunted Doll at Sunday brunches ever since I got it. Children think it's amusing and the adults turn their heads like puppies trying to understand it. I use it instead of Dick Koornwinder's Car to find their chosen card. When it gets near their card it starts to move. It rises completely when it settles on their card.
