Any of you guys use this trick from his tricks, more tricks 1st dvd set in your acts? I really like the handling and the presentation in this trick and if you could carry off the sleights effectively then it is a screamer. What do you guys think?

Yes I love this trick as well besides the other one on the Jacks slacking off trick. Sorry I forgot the title of the trick now but it is great. The sleights are not that difficult to master but watch your angles.
Most of the stuff on his DVD is good stuff. Now I am in the midst enjoying his new release. |

This was my favorite rountine on that dvd, but you definately must, MUST have attentive spectators. In the normal walkaround setting, this probably won't work. If they're not paying attention, you are in trouble.

The 'sleight' utilised for this trick can be abit of a problem though especially if your audience is burning your hands. Do you guys have any problem with this?..u know that sleight which transpose 4 for 3 cards...

That problem is eliminated through presentation. Eye contact is the key. It happens fast but you can't do it until you are looking at themm and they are looking at you. It's easier than you think. But it takes guts at first.

I love the trick "illegal collections". Its a bit complicated but it would fool magicians as well as laymen.

I perform For Marlo pretty regularly. Never really had a problem with the 'sleight'. It just happens too fast for anyone to catch it. And David's routining is the key. If you follow his explanation closely, he hands you the whole thing on a platter.
