I don't agree with this, this may apply only to some apps like the one you stated. Most apps discussed in this thread are only used as a gimmick or secret tool, the spectators are not aware that the phone is used in any way. With iUnlockYourMind, they unlock your phone then you unlock theirs. How Your iPhone can do this? There is no explanation, because you are using their phone same with HandzOFF, they think of a card and you show that you have predicted it days ago in your Facebook wall or twitter. The app and the phone are not part of the performance they can use their laptop, tablet or any device that is connected to internet to check the prediction. You are the only one who know that a app was involved to perform the effect. I think that any app that is used to accomplish a magical effect without involving the phone directly should be priced like any gimmick or magic DVD.
