Does someone out there have a copy of the original hardbound addition?
I owned it for many years, but it's long since gone. My impression, upon perusal, is that
the booklet(s) reprint messed with the order of the contents compromising the book greatly.
I may be mistaken in this, of course, hence my request. If someone out there has a copy of the hardbound,
I'm hoping they will be willing to write out the table of contents completely so I can
resolve this. I found what purports to be the table of contents on the web, but I'm
not sure I trust it. Anyone? I'd appreciate it.

Never knew this book was in hardbound, was it all in one volume?

I only have the Magic Inc. stapled bound books in 3 volumes.
