I've been looking at these for a while.
Now I have to pick a design that I like. People are going to want to examine these for sure because they are so different. We have Copper Mines here in AZ, so Copper coins would be kind of Normal.

I agree the silver ones would look great and with a nice zombie touch. Got to end clean though...if I were watching I would want to see the coins. Not to try and figure out if there are anything funny with them but just to see hwo cool they are.

More 'zombie' coins! I check the following coin site every few weeks, and here's the third coin in the series - an American Buffalo coin of sorts:
http://www.providentmetals.com/zombucks-......und.html I see Todd Lassen has made some sets using the Morgan dollar version. Neat idea! Larry S. |

These zombie Buffalo coins look more to be silver dollar sized (silver dollars are around 38.1mm). Larry |

For what it's worth, one can find a large number of copper rounds on She-Bay....I ordered a few last year and love them, although most of mine are Morgan copies, I did find and buy a couple walking liberties as well. Nice and thick, heavy coins.

Well, it seems Provident Metals is releasing a new 'zombie' coin every few months. The newest one, I just noticed, is sort of a Barber design coin:
http://www.providentmetals.com/zombucks-......und.html (Sorry that link seems bad; the MagicCafe is appending some string at the beginning. Cut/paste the following "http://www.providentmetals.com/zombucks-the-barber-1-oz-copper-round.html:, without the quotes, and it'll work). I don't see a half-dollar size, yet. -( I'm sure David Neighbors can come up with some useful routines for this variation on his favorite coins. -) Larry |

And now a version of Mercury, from the dime design:
