An old lady filled her yard with things like, fruit trees, berries, nut trees, and a wide variety of edible and medicinal herbs. She used these herbs to treat her diabetes, high-blood pressure and arthritis. The city’s code enforcement teams came and cut down her entire survival garden. Put that in pipe and smoke it my friend. Pick your own poison, eh.

So the lady has to go to the produce stand to satisfy her fruit fix, and she now has a well groomed lawn now. I love happy endings.

No the lady can't afford to go the produce stand, which is why she was trying feed herself, which is now clearly a crime in the USA. Let them eat grass.

It costs a lot of money to maintain fruit trees, and coupled with a short growing season this poor old lady was fighting a losing battle right from the get go. Thank God she is English and is able to count on the government to supply her with off season imported exotic fruit from far off lands.

I have to. I'm on a prescription. Every three hours. I have glaucoma. I quit smoking for a year, and lost the vision in my right eye. Ocular pressure. Gladly, the state growers deliver to me twice a month. I'm in a program where the cost is minimal. Man...this stuff wrecks ya though. I usually use the tincture during the day (five drops under the tongue), but they are out. So...I smoke.

Come to Colorado. You can get medical marijuana script for vague backache complaints.
Though soon won't even need that.

State Of Maine, Al.
I have had a couple of strains from Colorado and I tried The Purps from BC Canada. I hear I could get some really fine smoke from Washington State as well. Maine still has a long way to go. It's a fairly new industry. I think Colorado has it down though. Far superior smoke. Maine still needs to learn to flush the crops before harvest. Some stuff chokes ya. I really like the Bubble Hash. They're out of that as well. They say they are in a LULL period. This year's harvest is coming soon, and I am promised to be very pleased. Hey, I already AM! At most, I pay $280 an ounce. I'd pay $450 for that in Florida! And Florida has mostly mid-grade cannabis! This is high-test. Literally! LOL! Doug |

No worries here, Al! The industry is booming. My ocular pressure is near normal. I sleep like a baby at night. It's also a cure for insomnia, LOL! Marijuana is here to stay. I have no longer any fear of talking about it. My friend would be dead right now if it weren't for marijuana. It cured his colon cancer! That is a subject for another time though.
My complaint is, there is not enough demand for tincture. They don't make enough. I like it because it has NO psycho-active effect. I can go all day, without being slowed down. Then smoke at night to relax. I can make an ounce last a month that way. As it is, I run out about a week before the month is up. Another problem is, the V.A. won't touch it. I get my prescription medicine for blood pressure and vitamin B-12 for free from the V.A.. I have to pay for this myself. At least the growers deliver, though! LOL! Doug |

My doctor provides me with medication for blood pressure, blood thinner, cholesterol, blood sugar, and a lot of other old people's problems. I guess I just live in the wrong state. LOL

Pennsylvania still in the dark ages, eh? It's just a matter of time. The Feds can't keep fighting this. Give it time, my friend!

"That if you want to preserve your power indefinitely, you have to get the consent of the ruled, and this they will do partly by drugs as I foresaw in "Brave New World," partly by these new techniques of propaganda. They will do it by bypassing the sort of rational side of man and appealing to his subconscious and his deeper emotions, and his physiology even, and so making him actually love his slavery. I mean, I think, this is the danger that actually people may be, in some ways, happy under the new regime, but that they will be happy in situations where they oughtn't to be happy."
-AH 1958 And you think The Feds are fighting this eh?
