I really want to share my thoughts with you guys on a routine that my good friend Michael Murray shared with me a good while back now. Tattle Tailed is Michael Murray's handling of a Pete Turner idea that involves two spectators creating a perfect 5 for 5 ESP symbol match. Both spectators mix their respective cards in a totally free fashion, and yet, they still manage to match all 5 cards perfectly, each and every time. For those of you who have picked up Michael's other work recently, you will know what a creative fella he is. Springboard has been one of my favourite performance pieces in a very long time. However, you probably also know that Michael is very modest, and he will probably never make a song and dance about any of his releases. Again, those who have read his work will know that he should, he is certainly one of the most creative people I know.

For a good number of years I have carried two sets of 5 ESP cards from Michael's original Beyond ESP set to perform a matching routine that he taught on the Submodalities DVD. My favourite routine has now been shelved in favour of Tattle Tailed. It seems far more poignant to allow to spectators to arrive at the match themselves, with the absolute minimum of interference from you, the performer.

Michael was selling Tattle Tailed after his lecture (which was equally as good as his products) and I have no doubt that he will be working on releasing this to a wider audience in the not too distant future. I am sure he will chime in at some point with the necessary details.

I believe it will appear in the book. Michael has some fantastic thoughts. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. His book will be chock full of his thoughts.
His lecture is a must for mentalists

I fully agree with what Stephen has written above. Michael is certainly a brilliant thinker and with his effect, Between the Lines, one of my all time favourites. I am very much looking forward to his book as well as reading more about Tattle Tailed.

Michael was kind enough to send this to me. Totally agree with what Stephen has said, yet another fantastic routine and method........... but then again the guy is a genius, always has time to chat and answer questions, and his customer service is second to none.

I don't really feel it is right for me to give a detailed description of the routine............. suffice to say he has created another gem!!!

Michael is one of those guys who really gets the wheels turning in my head. I've used Springboard several times and it's worked like a charm. So d*mn clever. This sounds great! Looking forward to hearing more about it.

Many thanks for the kind words guys and the review too Steve. Tattle Tailed was written up to be part of my book which as Ian mentioned is nearing completion.

I had hoped to have the book ready for my first official lecture but with time moving so fast I had to put the book on hold until the lecture format was tightened up. In light of this I released Tattle Tailed on its own for the lecture and was the biggest hit sales wise.

If anyone is interested in this I would suggest holding until the book is released however having said that if there is enough interest for this on its own I may decide to release this as a separate ebook.

I'd also like to say a big thanks to Pete Turner who generously allowed me to emulate the patter and presentation of his effect "Tattle Tale" from his book "Bigger Fish".

Any update on the book and its contents?

Indeed...I have been anxiously waiting for this as well!

Just a quick update, to let you know that the book is nearing completion and the end is firmly in sight. There have been several setbacks along the way which have all been required to get this project off the ground.

In an effort to keep you posted on the book and also to keep on topic "Tattle Tailed" is now available as a separate ebook and physical booklet on my dedicated site www.mindfx.co.uk

This is obviously also part of the bigger book too
