All of the balloon hand pumps that I've found are cheap (usually <$10), made of plastic and keep breaking. Usually it is the nozzle that breaks off of the end of the tube, as this is a high stress area. I've replaced the nozzle with one from HD, but this is not ideal and I would like to find a better quality pump. Are there any hand pumps out there that are actually made to last, such as something made from metal? I've found some portable bike pumps that look to be nicely made & durable, but I doubt that these would be that great for balloon work.

Tim,
This is a single stroke pump that over the last 2 1/2 years I have found indestructible. I have lost them, given them away, or broke them on purpose to inject water into geo's, but never had one fail on me.
Good Luck
