....Eckert didn't make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement...law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks.....Police tried taking Eckert to an emergency room in Deming, but a doctor there refused to perform the anal cavity search....But physicians at the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City agreed At least I assume it would be classified as rape if Government employees weren't involved. Either way it's incredibly disturbing. |

Proud to be a New Mexican today. smh
The officers should be in prison for 15-20. The doctors should do time and lose their licenses to practice medicine. And "Leo" th K9 that can't sniff to save his life, needs to be retired. |

The real question to ponder here is, "What happened to the narcotics?"

It seems to me that a doctor doing non-medical surgery without consent from the patient, is a lawsuit that a first year law student would we easily win.
I think there must be more to this story that we are not being told. Wouldn't it take a court order before surgery could be performed? Police don't have the authority to order surgery. If the surgery was performed in a hospital, I would think there could be 3 separate lawsuits, the Police, the Doctor's and the Hospital. Iven

Oh well if there was a court order, then that makes it all cool and dandy.

It seems it's been happening for a while now - another man had to go through the same thing:
http://www.kob.com/article/11687/?vid=4613928&v=1 And there's just been another case, but this time a woman: http://www.kob.com/article/stories/S3212......60idy3fK I'm starting to worry there may be even more cases, but the victims haven't come forward |

It is all authorised old boy and the permits are all in order, so what can possibly be wrong with it?

This is simply horrendous.
Don't forget the two women, both !@#$%^lly penetrated by a female officer, at the order of her superior, and, adding insult to injury, without changing gloves. Of course it's one thing for a couple officers to do it on their own, it's another to get a judge to sign off on it, and them make doctors (Milgram in real life) perform 10 procedures, and THEN bill the ****ing victim. That just shows how deep the power trip goes, and how ****ed up the war on some drugs/war on people real is. Not to belittle what has happened to others, that was commentary on the depths of the problem, not the violation experienced by the victims.

As the man sad "Actually not good. The only people punished in this case are the taxpayers of the state as usual." which prompts the questiom, what is to stop the Police Raping others for 14 Hours?

I have a question.
Why is it bad to use generalizations such as "black" or "Hispanic or "woman" but it is ok to lump a whole group together with "police"? This was a horrific crime committed by sick waste of humanity. Since everyone claims not to be a cop hater, why not change the way it is said? I have noticed there are a couple of groups it is ok for the PC about everything that is convenient crowd never cares if they get slurred. As I said the perps (And make no mistake that is what this involves.) are beyond contemptable. But to let that trash the name of others is just not fair.

I think it's because the individual polices officers in this case did not commit the horrific crime. Rather it was the state, in particular the arm of it which we call the police. In short it is the state police which he sued not the individual police men. These police men were authorised. It is the authorities that pay but with the money they get from the public. Which is the point the man is making. What is to stop the police authorities doing again when they are not being punished, the public is. If it was a member of the public that committed the horrific crime then he would have to pay.
