I didn't find any review for this, so I'm adding it here.
Spectator(s) freely names a card while munching on a bag of Cracker Jacks Popcorn... The bag is then dumped out and the prize package is seen among the popcorn and peanuts. The prize is opened and has a folded up playing card in it and it matches the card named! •Easy to do! No Sleights, choices are freely made (not a forced card) •Uses the "Q" (Quantum Connection) system •Includes 2 Q Singles ($150 value!) •Set up and ready to perform •plus refills for the prize packages Also includes lifetime access to the Q Network - Which has numerous videos and downloads, plus routines and ideas for using Q and a members only forum! I have had a chance to play with this a bit. I think it is great! I haven't had anything using the Q System before, and I really like that as well. He covers a few different handlings in the download videos. I really like the second handling that uses an already open bag of Cracker Jacks. I think it is even stronger than the version using a sealed bag, and the open bag version lends itself better to strolling and multiple performances.
The only problem I had was I was not able to access the PDF for me to create my own prize packaging. I fired off a message to Cosmo, and I'm sure that problem will be cleared up soon. Also, if you don't have the Q System, it is such a versatile system that could be used with countless of routines and effects. I think it alone iw worth the price of the effect. KJ |

Here is an existing thread which is, um, a bit more critical about this effect.
