I am looking for a trick where you can give out (something magical) as a souvenir.
I find that having a souvenir to take home really enhances the magical experience. (I have a signed-card in bottle given to me as a souvenir by David Stone. Best magical experience I ever had.) I was thinking about maybe a Twilight Angel type of effect. I think an effect using business cards would also be nice. Can anyone give me recommendations of tricks where a) you can give out something magical as a souvenir b) packs lightly Regards, Tim. |

I really like the Superman (& 2.0) for this!
Get a spectator to give you a coin, let them sign a mark with a sharpie, then let them see you have it melt and bend right infront of their eyes! Give it back, and they will forever remember the guy who has hands' with power strong enough to do what is reserved mostly for train-wheels! |

Ellusionist just released The Gaff System which has a special card to use with Angle Z, Daniel Madison's effect.
They're going to be selling packs of 52 of these cards here http://www.ellusionist.com/angle-z-refills.html I've got my eyes on this and I think it would be an incredible giveaway. |

Card to mouth, as done by David Stone too
Or any signed card. But why not give sponge balls as a souvenirr at the end of a sponge balls routine? P! |

Stargazer - a normal elastic band turns into a star (Alan Wong) ...quite Christmasy too.
Thom Peterson has a card in balloon effect (DVD - Behind the curtain) I never just give back a signed card - I always add "from your friend in magic, Danny" on the back - an idea by Jeff McBride |

When I perform EB 2 (1s to 5s), I am often asked, but can you change them to $100s?
I have another EB set prepared to change the 1s to Million Dollar Bills. I bought a stack of 100. I change the 1s to Million Dollar Bills and give them one of the bills and tell them they can buy a new house and car. I keep extras in my wallet, prefolded and replace them as necessary. They get a kick out of it. I conclude with a warning about the Secret Service and tell them not to tell where they got the bill.

Another signed coin effect is Sweet by Diamond Jim Tyler, or other signed coin to sugar packet routines. Many opportunities to perform this kind of magic with all the holiday parties.
